Since obtaining his Louisiana Real-Estate License in 2011, Steve Richards has proudly represented sellers, buyers, lease-holders and developers with residential and commercial real estate in the Historic French Quarter and Greater New Orleans area. Working alongside his business partner Byron Kennedy, Steve and his team are deeply committed to providing exceptional service to clients throughout every single stage of their real estate journey.
Over the years, Steve’s dedication has earned him numerous prestigious real estate awards and top-tier company recognition. He has received the coveted Top of the Latter award multiple times, consistently secured a position in the top-tier agents by volume/transactions and earned the Elite Sales/Leasing and Top Leasing Agent consistently from 2012 to 2026. He launched his successful career by being honored as the Rising Star/Rookie of the Year in 2012, his very first full year in the business.
Steve has resided in the French Quarter since 2007, holds a personal passion for the automobile industry and is actively involved in several professional and civic community organizations. These include New Orleans/National Public Radio, The National World War II Museum, Vieux Carré Property Owners Residents & Associates, the VCC Foundation, the French Quarter Business Association, the Preservation Resource Center New Orleans and the Louisiana Landmarks Society.
